Usain "Lightening" Bolt Blazes 19.67!

Do you know what that sound is?

It is Usain Bolt knocking on the door of the 200-meter World Record of 19.32, which is currently held by Michael Johnson.

On Sunday night, Usain Bolt put down 19.67 in the 200 without any heat in the Athens race. At this point, he's seeing where he is training-wise going into the Olympic Games, and at the same time, playing mind games with his competitors.

  1. Well Well Well Like i said in an earlier post, Shawn Crawford will medal in the 200m, however, depending upon how Bolt holds up through the rounds, Jamaica may have a Gold medal. Don Quarrie was the last Jamaican to get a gold in the 200, and that was 1976! If Tyson isn't where he needs to be health wise, Jamaica may have a nice 100m gold as well, which hasn't happened ... ever

I'm just calling it like I see it

  2. utactionfigure: Crawford definately has the experience and confidence to making things very interesting in Beijing. Jon Drummond (Tyson's coach) has assured me that Tyson will be ready to go--America needs him.

    Keep doing what you do!

  3. LMAO!!! America NEEDS HIM. USA T&F has just turned into the Justice League. Jay you crazy!!! Tyson needs to step up to the Captain America challenge... I mean Tyson did show his vulnerable human side in that duece, and remember Captain America is really strong but still a mere mortal

  4. utactionfigure: America is all about winning.

At this point Gay needs to heal quickly for Beijing. Last time I checked it's going to take the best America has to take on Usain Bolt. Gay with 9.68 (+3.8)under his belt fits that build.
